Development History
The Pyramid Companies has been developing retail shopping centers across the Northeast for the past three decades. Currently, the company ranks 13th among the largest retail developers in the U.S. and is the fifth most active developer nationally in terms of new and redevelopment construction activity. Pyramid now owns and manages 16 million square feet of shopping space throughout the Northeast, serving one out of every four households in the region.
Long-time business partners Bob Congel and Bruce Kenan have been working for the past 20 years to transform the Syracuse Lakefront area. Once home to oil tanks and scrap metal, it will soon become the ultimate tourist destination in the region.
