The existing Carousel Center is located on the Southeast shore of Onondaga Lake just a couple miles north of Downtown Syracuse. Arendi, the first phase of Destiny USA, is a 1 million-square-foot facility off the south side the current center and located north of Hiawatha Boulevard. There are countless opportunities for investment, growth and job creation. The Emerald5 hotel represents a future phase of Destiny USA and will face Onondaga Lake located on the northern side of Carousel Center. The future phases of Destiny USA will continue to move south toward Downtown Syracuse and around Syracuse’s Inner Harbor. The Inner Harbor and Onondaga Lake are linked to the Erie Canal, which covers 524 miles in Upstate New York.
