Modern American restaurant group announces opening at Destiny USA

Syracuse, NY If you’re looking to delight in modern, American cuisine in a trendy, casual atmosphere, Destiny USA will soon have yet another delicious option from which to choose. 110 Grill will continue their rapid and impressive expansion, bringing their modern American concept to Destiny USA by late 2018.

Following the vision of Director of Culinary, Elliot Williams, 110 Grill showcases his globally influenced and seasonally-inspired dishes that cater to those with food allergies and intolerances, which includes offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu. Guests can enjoy seasonal signatures such as the 110 Cucumber & Avocado Tuna with sliced Cajun tuna, served rare, over jasmine rice with avocado, thinly-sliced cucumber, honeydew melon, and light soy-ginger dressing or the Kale Brussels Salad with Brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, radicchio, carrots, golden beets, dried cranberries and pecans, tossed in a whole grain mustard vinaigrette and topped with goat cheese and granny smith apples; as well as countless salad, sandwich, steak and seafood options.

“110 Grill is the latest in upscale-casual dining, combining a comfortable atmosphere with an affordable, wide-ranging menu,” said John Fazio, director of marketing, Destiny USA. “Their tremendous growth is a testament to not only their high food quality, made from scratch using only fresh ingredients but also customer service, operations, and management.”

The award-winning concept has grown rapidly in the nearly four years since the first location was opened in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Today, with 14 locations already operating and at least eight more announced, 110 Grill’s rapid and impressive expansion makes them one of the fastest growing restaurants in the northeast.

“We’ve been growing rapidly in New England and have been interested in bringing our concept to the Syracuse area for quite some time,” said Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are thrilled to partner with Destiny USA and look forward to becoming a part of the Syracuse community.”

The Destiny USA location will open in the former Pizzeria UNO location.
