What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1 year cooking experience
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Minimum age – 18 years of age
LINE COOKS– We are seeking experienced, dedicated individuals that are familiar with cooking high volume dinner shifts while making food presentable and cooked to perfection. These tasks entail heavy lifting, hot components, fast paced output, ticket order comprehension, cleaning, preparation, sanitation. At least 1 year cooking experience is required. Must be 18 years or older and must be able to lift 80 lbs.
Examples of Cook responsibilities:
- Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items
- Collaborate with Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours
- Maintain accurate food inventories
- Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
- Rotate stock items per established procedures
- Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts
- Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift
