Omni-Channel (Fulfillment) Associate Duties:
Perform daily Omni-Channel tasks in the store including: Curbside Pick-up, Ship-from-Store (SFS) and Buy Online Pick-up In-Store (BOPIS) processes
Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards
Assist in the completion of incoming SFS orders including picking, packing, and shipping orders
Assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards
Assist in the completion of incoming BOPIS orders including picking, pack, and staging the orders for customer pickup
Support the Customer Pickup Process of BOPIS orders by retrieving orders from the stage/holding area in a timely manner
Assist in the BOPIS aged order review by reviewing orders, changing order status in the system and returning product to the sales floor if necessary
All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.
Qualifications – External
Success Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years of Retail, warehouse, or shipping experience preferred
Flexible availability – including early morning, nights/overnights, weekend, and holidays
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively
