The Onondaga County Traffic Safety Advisory Board (OCTSAB) will be holding its annual “Share the Road Expo” on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM at Destiny USA in the Canyon area.
This event features education topics such as school bus safety, bicycle safety, motorcycle safety, teen drivers, senior drivers, child passenger/occupant restraint and much more. Experts from a wide variety of agencies and fields will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate various traffic safety techniques.
There will be simulated exercises for distracted and impaired driving, a mini bike rodeo, law enforcement patrol vehicles to view, and a variety of additional educational materials available.
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office will also be creating Safe Child IDs.
