(UPDATED MAY 19th) Destiny USA is hosting a FREE COVID-19 vaccine clinic this weekend in partnership with New York State and Wegmans this weekend!
Vaccine: Pfizer (two-dose vaccine)
Eligibility: All New Yorkers 12 years of age and older are eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine. Parental consent is required for children under 18.
Date & Time:
- First Dose: Saturday, May 22nd from 9am – 2pm
- Second Dose: Saturday, June 12th from 9am – 2pm
Location: Destiny USA’s Canyon
Walk-up appointments are available and appointments are suggested. Guests are encouraged to bring their insurance card with them, but it is not required to receive the vaccine. Parental consent is required for guests under 18 years of age.
