Job Description
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
- Unpack and display stock
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Assist with new hire training
- Open and close the store for business
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

The expected base wage for this New York based position is $15.50 – $16.00/hr with commission* and overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
