- Deliver and delegate chat-ins and chat-outs with every staff starting or ending a shift

Operational Excellence:
- Assist in coaching team members on operational procedures as needed
- Utilize reporting to drive results and customize dashboard to assess drivers
- Ensure shop is stocked to meet visual standards and that proper rotation is followed
- Act in accordance to the behaviors outlined in Lush training and policy materials
Practice Floor Leadership:
- Create motivating and relevant daily focuses incorporating business drivers and behaviors that align with shop’s focus
- Maintain hourly awareness of drivers and act to positively impact them through coaching to customer interactions
- Ensure the cash team is accurately and efficiently executing cash, till and credit/debit card transactions
- Delegate and follow up on store cleanliness standards by using checklists and current merchandising guidelines
- Performing bank runs and taking daily cash deposits to the bank
