COMPLEXITY OF WORK: Non-routine; general policies applied to frequently changing situations.
RELATIONSHIPS OUTSIDE WORK UNIT: Influences decisions of major nature. High degree of tact & diplomacy to obtain favorable decisions or maintain good will.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will supervisor the entire operations staff (Lazertag, Exhibits, Admissions, etc.) while also indirectly providing supervision to anyone working their scheduled shift. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

REGULAR ATTENDANCE is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school degree or GED. Associate’s degree (AA) or Bachelor’s degree from a
four year college or university in a related field.
ON-THE-JOB TRAINING: 80 hours on-the-job training will be provided for this position
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee must regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
