BULLFINCH BREWPUB ‘HOPS’ OPEN AT DESTINY USA
— Locally-owned, family operated, craft brewery to open at Destiny USA to hold grand opening on June 18th–
Syracuse, NY (June 16, 2022) – Bullfinch Brewpub, a locally owned, family operated, craft brewery, will host its grand opening on Saturday June 18th. Located in the former Gordon Biersch location, Bullfinch Brewpub will be producing beers of all styles and a menu of delights with a local flare. The 10,000 sq ft restaurant/brewery is located on Level 1 in the Canyon and will be open seven days a week from 12:00pm until Midnight.
“We will be serving up 8 house beers on tap for the grand opening,” said Brew Master and Pub Operator David Collins, “Executive Chef Cory Collins has created a truly incredible menu.”
Bullfinch’s menu includes and assortment of modern cuisine items including an appetizer of shrimp stuffed with goat cheese and herbs, seared in honey, and wrapped in bacon, and buttermilk-fried, IPA brined chicken sandwich on house waffle rolls. Also storming the new menu is the ‘Godzilla,’ a Korean-style 14 oz. pork shank, from local Bostrom Farms, on vegetable fried rice.
