DESTINY USA HOSTS MAKE-A-WISH® CENTRAL NEW YORK’S 5TH ANNUAL ALAYAH’S RIDEATHON

Syracuse, NY (April 1, 2025) – Destiny USA is proud to partner with Make-A-Wish® Central New York to host the 5th Annual Alayah’s Rideathon, a special fundraising event dedicated to granting life-changing wishes for critically ill children. This inspiring event will take place at Destiny USA’s iconic Antique Carousel on Level 2 from April 4-6, in honor of World Wish Month and Make-A-Wish Central New York’s 40th anniversary.
Alayah Green, a Wish Alum and Wish Hero, was granted her wish to be a princess at Walt Disney World in 2017. Now, eight years later, she is dedicated to ensuring other critically ill children receive their wishes through her annual Rideathon. Alayah, along with wish families, volunteers, and supporters, will come together to raise funds and awareness for Make-A-Wish Central New York.
Press Conference & Special Announcements To officially launch the 5th Annual Rideathon, a press conference will be held on Friday, April 4, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Antique Carousel featuring notable speakers:
- Wish Kid Alayah Green & Wish Mom Katie Green – Alayah will share her wish story and discuss her passion for helping other children experience their own wishes
- Diane Kuppermann, President & CEO, Make-A-Wish Central New York
- Sugarman Law Firm – Special announcement regarding their commitment to Make-A-Wish Central New York.
- Samantha Mara, Director of Marketing, Destiny USA
How to Support Alayah’s Rideathon:
- Riding the Antique Carousel from April 4th-6th,11AM-6PM, with all proceeds benefiting Make-A-Wish Central New York.
