SYRACUSE, NY (September 18, 2023) — Destiny USA is teaming up with TOMRA, one of the world’s most accomplished bottle and can recyclers, to launch a massive bottle and can drive this weekend September 23-24 at Destiny USA’s Silver lot, benefitting Honor Flight Syracuse and the veterans it proudly honors throughout Central New York. The funds raised will support Honor Flight Syracuse and its ongoing mission to fly as many Central New York veterans as possible at no cost to Washington, DC to experience the war memorials built in honor of them and their service.
Destiny USA is hosting the big bottle and can drop-off weekend, Saturday, September 23rd, and Sunday, September 24th, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. each day, with easy access and drop-off in their parking lot at the corner of Solar Street and Hiawatha Boulevard. All individuals donating bottles and cans on these days will receive a Destiny USA Passport of Savings, full of exclusive savings, deals, and discounts to use at participating shopping, dining, and entertainment venues.
