— Destiny USA offers safe, warm alternative for Halloween night —
Syracuse, NY- Destiny USA is holding a trick or treat event, sponsored by WonderWorks, on Halloween so kids and their parents will have a safe, warm place to spend the holiday.
Trick or treating will start at 5 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 31. Many stores, venues and restaurants will be ready with bowls of candy for the kids. All of the participating businesses will have a special Halloween sticker on their window or door. In addition to trick or treating, a special Halloween movie, “The Haunted Mansion,” a Disney classic, will play in the Canyon every hour, on the hour, starting at 4 p.m. through 7 p.m.
“Our trick or treating event on Halloween is great for children of all ages to get out of the cold weather and enjoy the holiday indoors,” Aiden McGuire, Director of Marketing of Destiny USA, said. “Halloween is always a lot of fun here at Destiny USA, with so many of our retailers engaged, dressing up and handing out candy. It’s important to the facility as a whole that give kids the opportunity to have a great time trick or treating in a safe environment.”
An adult 21 years or older must accompany youth 17 and under who trick or treats at Destiny USA. Candy is available at the participating businesses, while supplies last.
