TGI Fridays® Brings the Circus to Guests with themed foods, beverages and activities throughout the month of April 2021
Syracuse, NY – Come one, come all! TGI Fridays®, the iconic restaurant brand known as the authority on bringing good food and good times, launched Under the Big Top, yesterday, with a juicy new menu. TGI Fridays Destiny USA is celebrating the circus with over-the-top menu items like the Whiskey-Glazed Donut Burger (Fridays Signature Burger between two glazed donuts), Giant Churro Twists and exciting circus-themed drinks, like the Cotton Candy Cosmo and Fire-Eating Fireball Margarita. There will even be live music. A world of wonder, spectacle and Instagram-worthy moments await Fridays fans as the campaign runs through the month of April 2021.
In a recent TGI Fridays survey, more than half of people said they were looking forward to family-friendly entertainment, such as festivals, fairs and amusement parks.
“Now that our indoor family amusement venues have reopened, this is the perfect opportunity for family and friends to safely gather on the third floor of Destiny USA at TGI Fridays and other neighboring food and entertainment venues,” said Destiny USA Director of Marketing Nikita Jankowski.
Syracuse’s Original Carmelcorn Shoppe will be at Fridays on select days to serve up popcorn, It’Sugar has all the candy to satisfy your circus sweet tooth, Sweet Yummy will serve up cotton candy right next door, and Margaritaville joins in on the celebration by offering the famous It’s 5 o’clock Somewhere Happy Hour.
“Under the Big Top was inspired by the pent-up demand to go back to restaurants and annual events that provide nostalgic and memorable experiences, like the state fair or the circus,” said Sara Bittorf, TGI Fridays Chief Experience Officer. “As we approach warmer months and brighter days ahead, there’s a desire for fun experiences and a reason to celebrate. We hear consumers loud and clear, and we can’t wait to safely bring this extra-craveable experience to them.”

- Amazing Blazing Pound of Cheese Fries and Famous Whiskey-Glazed Skewer
- Big Top Burger & Sandwiches: Whiskey-Glazed Donut Burger, Oooey Gooey Mozz Stick Melter and the Flaming Donut Chicken Sandwich
- The Big Finale Dessert: Giant Churro Twists
TGI Fridays is also leading the celebration with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including its Red Bull® Strawberry Lemon Slush (non-alcoholic), Truly Strawberry Lemonade and Grand Stand Beer.
For those who prefer an at-home experience, the food is also available for To-Go orders, along with the beverages where legal.
