Destiny USA is prepared to welcome your clients and provide an unforgettable experience. Registering groups in advance is always a wise move. That way, guests will receive our Passport of Savings, filled with special deals and discounts, and drivers/escorts are offered access to our private lounge, along with a complimentary dining gift card. Our check-in point is at guest services on the 1st level, under the carousel. Panera Bread is visible from the outside and free bus parking is nearby.

In May, CEO World named us as #7 in their “Most Popular Shopping Malls in America 2019” rankings, while Chain Store Age included us in their “2019 Top 10 Retail Center Experiences.” We are proud to share these distinctions with you. We are excited to announce that Urban Outfitters has relocated from downtown Syracuse to a brand-new location on the Second Level of Destiny USA. Spacious and full of the sought-after products the store is known for, they are sure to be a huge hit here!
U Tea has also joined Destiny USA with their refreshing offerings of cold tea and fruit-inspired drinks, including their trendy “cheese tea.” Locally owned and operated, they can be found in the expansion, on the Second Level, next to TJ Maxx.
Who doesn’t love the Holidays? Hallmark Christmas Treasures has just opened the doors to the largest Hallmark store in the USA, full of “everything Christmas” for your clients’ perusal. Located on the First Level, across from At Home, it is stocked with an amazing collection of Christmas-inspired merchandise.

Spotlight on The Central New York Welcome Center at Destiny USA
Did you know that one of New York State’s eleven official I Love New York welcome centers is located inside of Destiny USA? It pays tribute to the great outdoors, featuring a camper retrofit with a large LED screen that promotes regional tourism attractions and destinations. Multiple interactive kiosks are positioned in kayaks, allowing visitors to test their knowledge of the region or design a future trip itinerary. A Department of Motor Vehicles self-service kiosk allows users to renew vehicle registrations and conduct other DMV transactions. It also houses a Taste NY Market shop featuring gift items and foods made by local producers. If you have clients visiting Destiny USA on Saturdays make sure they stop by to experience “Sample Saturdays” for a complimentary taste of Central New York!
